How does Comexposium support the growth and integration of new and old employees?

« To support the dynamics of our Group and the constant innovation required by our events and their communities, we are committed to supporting the development of our teams with active support. Our employees are loyal. A large part of them spent the majority of their career at Comexposium. Because we have the capacity to retain and develop talent.

Comexposium is 150 events, 60 brands, 50 different professions and numerous development paths within the Group. This wealth allows our employees to change professions, events, sectors, and to acquire management functions or cross-functional expertise in the matrix.

We have put in place the tools that allow us to listen to their wishes. We organize courses that will allow them to grow and flourish.

We also welcome new talents, both to support the development of our activities through occasional reinforcements corresponding to the life cycles of our events, but also.to grow Comexposium by providing technical or sectoral expertise.

We have put in place a complete integration process for them. We offer them a godmother or godfather among the “elders”, who accompanies them during their first months.

Among these new talents, we welcome many young people, particularly on internships or work-study programs, who bring to the Group a force of innovation that we make sure to let express itself. We ensure that we pass on our knowledge to them and train them in a sustainable approach. At Comexposium headquarters, in 2024, we are proud to have recruited many students on permanent contracts at the end of their internship or work-study program.»
