Anchor CSR in each of the group’s businesses

  • The third strategic axis of the Group, CSR permeates the experience of our employees, from their integration into Comexposium and throughout their career. In France, 85% of our employees say they are ready to invest in CSR actions and 77% of them perceive CSR as a strategic lever for the Group (SAS/DG scope).
  • Awareness and training play a major role. In France, Comexposium has implemented the Climate Fresco for its management teams and mandatory CSR e-learning for all employees. There are also dedicated thematic webinars, actions or challenges on the occasion of Sustainable Development Week or European Employment Week for People with Disabilities.
  • Comexposium also deploys a network of internal ambassadors from different subsidiaries and businesses to work on specific projects or co-construction workshops.

Allow everyone to have a healthy working environment

  • Comexposium is recognized for being a learning company, bringing together passionate and committed teams, as evidenced by the results of the latest Social Climate Survey (2023 – SAS/DG scope):

  • The Group is implementing a certain number of actions aimed at strengthening team cohesion and general well-being
    • At each event, guided tours dedicated to employees are offered, to allow employees to discover the Group’s exhibitions.
    • Each year, the internal convention is an opportunity to highlight the teams and strengthen cohesion: in 2024, the 800 participants discovered a journey promoting our strong brands, through stands designed by their teams.
    • The “Family Day” is also an opportunity for teams to share their daily work life with their families.
    • In each team, events take place to celebrate successes and strengthen the strength of the collective.
  • The move of the Comexposium head office from Puteaux to Courbevoie, in a completely renovated and HQE and BREEAM certified building is also part of a QVT approach.

Promoting employability and skills development

  • At Comexposium, we invest to enhance our teams and encourage their development through learning situations, mobility opportunities within the Group and adapted training.
