Managing Director Comexposium One to One
With a postgraduate degree in Law and Administration of Audiovisual Communication, Sophie began her career in audiovisual production before being recruited by the France Telecom Group (Orange) to create an internal business television.
She then joined Wanadoo as brand manager and editor-in-chief of the Wanadoo portal, one of the pioneers of the Internet in France.
In 2005, Sophie joined Comexposium One to One as Director of Events with the objective of developing the Assises de la Sécurité and implementing new launches in the innovative format of business meetings.
In 2020, Sophie was appointed Managing Director of Comexposium One to One, a subsidiary of the Comexposium group which brings together all the group’s One to One formats, i.e. six annual events and numerous associated meetings

Director of the Cybersecurity Conference and Ready for IT, Comexposium One to One
A recognized leader in the creation and development of business meeting brands, Maria began her career in the Incentive department of the Franco-German group TUI.
She then joined the RX Group and participated in the development of MIPCOM, the international market for audiovisual content. Maria then worked closely with American studios (Disney, Fox), as well as content platforms (Netflix, Amazon).
Quickly, she contributed to the development of the MIP brand portfolio (MIPCOM, MIPTV…) internationally, particularly with the launch of one-to-one events in Latin America, the United States, and Korea. Subsequently, she participated in the creation of the new brand of events and content dedicated to e-sport and gaming.
In 2019, Maria joined Comexposium One to One and took over the direction of one-to-one events in the IT sector, the Cybersecurity Conference, and Ready For IT.
A graduate of ESCP Europe, Maria has dual French-Italian nationality and speaks four languages fluently.
DE One to One Retail E-commerce & One to One Expérience Client
Sonia Mamin is a graduate of the ESLSCA Business School Paris. Specializing in supporting foreign companies wishing to establish themselves in France, she has extensive experience in retail and the web. She began her career in the cosmetics sector (Shiseido, Schwarzkopf Henkel Cosmetics).
Sonia embarked on digital in 2000 by setting up subsidiaries of American groups in online advertising and tech. From 2005 to 2010, she worked within the Google Group as Sales Manager for the Southern Europe zone. She supported the development of start-ups in the world of new technologies from 2010 to 2017, before joining the company Advalo as Sales Director.
DE Top Transport Europe & Top Logistics Europe
A graduate of ISCOM, Jérôme has nearly 30 years of experience in trade shows and business meetings. After starting at Exposium as a market manager for the Equimag and Technomag shows, Jérôme held the position of Sales Director from 2001 to 2012 for the Expobois, IPA, Packaging shows and the E-commerce and E-marketing events of the Comexposium group before leading its e-Business division from 2012 to 2016.
He then continued his career at Echos Solutions and then GL Events where he notably launched the first disability and responsible purchasing trade show and Measurement World. Jérôme was previously the General Manager of Mind Exhibitions, resulting from an entrepreneurial adventure in the pharmacy sector.
